摘要：D的十八届五中全会指出，大力推动新生代农民工创业，对于解决新生代农民工的就业问题具有重要的推动作用。本研究基于计划行为理论（TPB），从主观规范、行为态度以及感觉行为控制三个角度来分析新生代农民工创业意愿的影响因素。通过开展实地调研的形式，运用二元logistics模型分析发现三者中均存在对其创业意愿显著性影响的变量，且影响方向均为正负兼有。基于此，本研究提出了培养新生代农民工群体的创业主动性、提高该群体的的创业兴趣、保障该群体的创业发展前景等建议。28611

Research on the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers’ entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of TPB
——Taking Jiangsu Province as an example
Abstract：In 2016, the party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that promoting the new generation of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship has a very good role in solving e the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers. Based on the theory of planned behavior（TPB）, this study analyzed the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of migrant workers from three aspects: subjective norm, behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control. And this study was conducted on field research and found this result by using two element logistics model: three aspects all have significant influence on their entrepreneurial intention, and the directions of influence are both positive and negative. Based on this, this study put forward three suggestions, including the training of the new generation of migrant workers’ entrepreneurial initiative, improving the new generation of migrant workers to improve their business interests, protecting the new generation of migrant workers’ entrepreneurial development prospects.

引言
2014年12月，“新常态”一次被首次提出并逐渐公众的关注视野。中国经济新常态伴随着新问题、新矛盾，并存在一定的潜在的风险，对劳动关系的各个领域都将产生十分重要的影响，这将对我国超过两亿的农民工特别是新生代农民工将会产生影响巨大的冲击。因为他们大多是“80后”、“90后”，他们的受教育的程度更高、市民化倾向更强、生活期望值更高、创业意愿更为强烈。伴随着工业化、城镇化加速推进，他们越来越不甘于通过辛苦的体力劳动来换取低额的收入，而是选择通过创业来寻求突破，表现出强烈的创业愿望。2016年的十八届五中全会将就业创业作为共享发展的重要内容，提出完善创业扶持政策，鼓励创业带动就业，要适应城镇化建设的需要，深入实施新生代农民工职业技能提升计划。由此可见，推动新生代农民工创业，可以有效应对新生代农民工的就业难问题。
