摘要：我国现行的公务员法及其他法律法规，对公务员提出了行政责任的相关伦理要求。作为公务员整个价值观念体系，行政责任的伦理要求包括个体道德和职业道德，是调整公务员之间、公务员与行政机关、与国家、与社会之间的思想和行为规范的总和。基于行政伦理视角下，明确我国公务员行政责任内容，探索影响我国公务员履行行政责任的主观和客观因素，思考其实现路径，通过内部控制与外部监督双管齐下，确保公务员行政行为的正当性和合理性，认真履行其行政责任。29515

Research on the administrative responsibility of civil servants in China from the perspective of administrative ethics
Abstract：China's current civil servant law and its laws and regulations provide civil servants with relevant ethical requirements for administrative responsibility. As the entire value system of civil servants administrative responsibility, ethical requirements including inpidual morality and professional ethics, is to adjust between the civil servants, civil servant and administrative organs, and between countries, and social thought and conduct combined. Based on the administrative ethics perspective, is clear about our country civil servants administrative responsibility, and the content, the influence for our country civil servants perform the administrative liability of subjective and objective factors, think about its implementation path, through the internal control and external supervision both, ensure the legitimacy and rationality of civil servant's administrative behavior, earnestly implement the administrative responsibility.
