Design General Description: In this thesis, Pudong New Area, the typical cosmetics companies as the research object , the use of safety assessment methods, such as fire and explosion safety evaluation index method (DOW), Mongolia, Germany and France (ICI) for cosmetics companies of the production process for quantitative safety assessment . In this thesis, the purpose of safety evaluation based on : find, analyze and predict cosmetics companies , systems, production and processing activities in the presence of dangerous and harmful factors , and may result in the risk of harmful consequences and extent of the proposed security measures reasonably practicable measures to guide hazard control and accident prevention , in order to achieve the lowest accident rates , minimum losses and optimal security investment.
