摘要：众所周知，粮食一直以来就与国民生计息息相关，其供求平衡关系到国家发展和社会和谐。因此，粮食的生产、加工、供应、销售、运输和贸易对国家的和谐发展起到极其深远的影响。与粮食有关的产业的积极发展，对促进粮食运输、平衡粮食价格和加快国家与地区的经济增长起着极为重要的作用。粮食物流中心是一项极大的物流基础设施，它对区域的社会经济等多方面都有着很大的影响，建设前需要进行详细周密的规划。其中，物流中心的选址方案是规划过程中的一个重要部分，物流中心选址的合理性很大程度上决定了其运营效率。合理的选址方案是物流中心内物流经营及服务企业经营效益的基础性保障，在很大程度上可以降低物流经营企业使用物流中心进行物流服务的运输费用。而且，合理的物流中心选址方案可以较好满足衔接区域对内对外的货运服务需求，因此，物流中心的选址非常重要，选址的合理性对物流中心未来服务的好坏及运作效率也有着至关重要的影响。39052

The grain logistics center location research of Naxi District
Abstract: As we know, Food has always been closely linked to the national life, its balance between supply and demand to the national development and social harmony. Therefore, food production, processing, supply, marketing, transport and trade of harmonious development of the country play a profound influence. The positive development of food-related industries plays a very important role to promote food transport, balance the food prices and accelerate national and regional economic growth. The grain logistics center is a great logistics infrastructure, it has a great influence on regional social economy and so on, and it need plan in detal before constructing. Among them, location of logistics center is an important part of the planning process, the rationality of the logistics center location largely determines its operating efficiency. Reasonable location scheme is a basic guarantee of logistics center’s logistics management and service management efficiency of enterprises, to a large extent, it’s able to reduce the transportation cost which is used on the service by logistics enterprises. Moreover, reasonable logistics center location scheme can meet the demand of cohesive regional freight services internal and external better. So, the reasonable location of the logistics center is very important, and it has a crucial influence on the quality of services and the operation efficiency in the future.
