摘要：医务社会工作的含义是在医疗卫生机制中，运用专业的社会工作技术和知识，为病人患者提供一系列相关专业的社会心理服务，从而达到康复的目的。在2000年，我过上海首次成立了医务社会服务部，随后在2009年新医疗改革中提出了全国开展医务社会工作。而这十几年过去了，上海医务社会工作发展怎么样？有哪些危机？这些问题是本论文关注的焦点。本研究运用了网络搜集、文献研究等方法，对上海市W医院医务社会工作这一个样本进行调查分析。通过分析W医院发展现状，了解目前上海医务社会工作存在的专业危机，从而明确目前的发展存在的问题，并针对上海市医务社会工作提出相应的运营策略。43771
The professional development, crisis and Strategies of medical social work in Shanghai
Abstract: Medical social work is the meaning in the medical and health system, the use of professional social work skills and knowledge, to provide social psychological services for a series of related professional for patients, so as to achieve the purpose of rehabilitation. In 2000, I visited Shanghai for the first time set up a medical social service department, then in 2009 the new health care reform is put forward medical social work throughout the country. And this ten years, how Shanghai medical social work development? What crisis? These problems are the focus of this paper. The use of the network to collect, the methods of literature research, investigation and analysis of the samples of W Hospital of medical social work in Shanghai city. Through analyzing the current situation of the development W hospital, understand the professional crisis existing in Shanghai medical social work, so as to clear the existing problems in the development, and for the medical social work of Shanghai city is put forward Operational strategy.
