摘要随着经济的发展,第三产业的逐步壮大,文化创意产业在我国及各省逐渐受到重视和关注。南京作为全省的政治、文化、经济中心,具有雄厚的人文资源、区位优势、强大的经济综合实力。其文化产业已初具规模,文化市场逐步完善,但我们也应看到它目前存在的问题和不足。本文研究南京文化创意产业的人才培养相关问题,了解目前南京文化产业创意人才的总体现状,依据国家政策,借鉴国外人才培养经验,再结合所学习的人力资源管理的专业知识,总结出促进南京文化创意产业人才培养的主要措施,以加快南京文化创意产业的整体发展,同时也可以从中发现当今文化创意产业人才培养中存在的问题,并制定出对应的政策,从而更好的发挥文化创意产业的作用。46872
