摘要冷链物流跟随“新常态”热潮，进入新的发展阶段，国内农产品冷链物流更是有了质的飞跃。现阶段，虽然关注冷链物流及其质量管理的学者越来越多，也形成了一定的结论成果，但是，大多数研究还都是基于全国的普遍性研究，并不适用于区域性的局部市场环境。而本文则通过阐述农产品冷链物流质量管理的特点与构成，详细分析徐州农产品冷链物流发展现状，以此提出徐州农产品冷链物流质量管理存在的问题。通过借助HACCP理论，进一步完善农产品冷链物流质量管理体系，提升本地冷链物流水平，带动徐州经济发展。49209

Study on the quality management of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Xuzhou
Abstract
cold chain logistics follow the "new normal" upsurge, enter the new development stage,domestic agricultural cold chain logistics has been a qualitative leap. At this stage, although the cold chain logistics and quality management concern scholars more and more, also formed a certain conclusion results, however, most studies also are universal national research based and does not apply to the local regional Market environment. In this paper, through the analysis of agricultural products cold chain logistics quality management characteristics and composition, detailed analysis of Xuzhou agricultural cold chain logistics development present situation,in order to put forward the problems of Xuzhou agricultural products cold chain logistics quality management. Through the use of HACCP theory,to further improve the quality management system of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,to enhance the level of local cold chain logistics, to promote the economic development of Xuzhou.
