摘要改革开放三十多年以来，我国的建筑业发生了翻天覆地的变化。对于我国建筑行业来说一方面建筑公司的规模越来越大，另一方面来说工程项目的投资、建设周期越来越长。我国建筑企业在国内和国外面临的竞争日益激烈，对于建筑工程项目管理水平的要求越来越高。一直以来我们的建筑企业都是引进国外先进的工程项目管理理论和方法，这对中国的建筑业带来了广泛的冲击和影响，因此对建筑工程项目管理进行系统的分析和研究迫在眉睫。深入地了解各种工程项目管理模式产生的原因和适用特点，结合我国建筑业和项目管理的现状走出适合我国的工程项目管理之路。50137
本文从项目管理的基本内容着手，在全面介绍和总结国外先进的几种工程项目管理模式的定义、应用领域、优点、缺点等的基础上，对目前国内外的工程项目管理模式对比分析和研究，指出我国现有的工程项目管理模式存在的问题和不足。根据现阶段我国的国情，对未来我国工程项目管理模式发展提出建议。

Abstract Great changes have taken places in our country’s construction industry since the thirty years of reform and opening-up.on the one hand the scale of construction companies becomes bigger,and on the other hand projects need more and more investment.construction enterprises in our country faces increasing competition both in domestic and foreign countries,and there is an increasing demand for construction project management.Foreign advanced project management theory and methods are introduced to China, which has brought a wide range of impact to our country’s construction industry.There is an urgent need for the construction project management analysis and research.When we know better about the various project management patterns,we can create project management patterns that is suit for the current situation of our building industry.
In this paper,firstly I will introduce the basic content of project management.Then based on the introduction of several foreign advanced management pattern definition, types, applications,advantages, disadvantages, etc.I will do comparative analysis and research about international project management patterns.At last I will give suggestions on the future development of project management in our country according to the present conditions.
