摘要企业选址是决定企业未来的发展方向与经营战略的基石，在企业营运中有着决定性的影响，关乎着企业的兴盛存亡。本文以价值工程理论对恒顺酱醋厂拟建新址问题进行了分析。通过对恒顺选址的影响因素的资料收集分析，选址的过程的方法研究，以方案比较法进行成本因素的选择计算，再以加权因素评定法对各个因素进行满意度评分，制定满意度数据分析。最后创新性的结合价值工程研究，把恒顺企业作为产品使用人，将厂址看作一个使用的产品，厂址的作用则当作是产品的功能，进行计算分析，得出最终结论。由此可见价值工程是个研究范围很广而又科学的研究方法，可以作为众多企业选址考察的方法之一。86539
