摘要公务员薪酬制度是公务员制度的重要组成部分。合理的公务员薪酬制度可以保证公务员制度的良性运转,结合廉政建设,可以有效地形成公务员廉洁从政的保障机制。因此,公务员薪酬制度历来是学者研究和各国政府重视的热点。
本文从相关概念出发,基于廉政建设视角,研究我国公务员薪酬制度存在的不足:一是独立于市场经济体制之外,比较封闭;二是区域和部门间薪酬差距较大;三是缺乏完善的法律规定。51514
最后,本文在对企业薪酬制度和国外公务员薪酬制度研究的基础上,借鉴二者经验,为我国公务员薪酬制度提出了薪酬管理中更加注重公平、加快我国公务员薪酬制度立法工作、保持公务员薪酬结构的合理化、实现公务员薪酬水平动态调整的建议。

Abstract Civil service pay system is an important part of the civil service system.
