摘要伴随着金融危机的影响和高等院校多年扩大招生带来的后遗症,全国普通高等学校毕业生就业迎来最严峻的挑战,笔者通过查阅文献、数据以及切身体会,认为要解决大学生就业难的问题,应把提高大学生就业能力作为根本方法。 心理资本的概念伴随着积极心理学的兴起从国外被引入国内,国内研究心理资本主要集中于管理学、社会学和经济学等领域,然而心理资本和大学生就业能力的交叉研究成果较少。大学生的心理资本能否对其就业能力产生重要的影响?能够通过改善大学生的心理资本来帮助大学生提升就业力?本文将围绕这两个问题进行初步的探讨。 本文在对大学生心理资本和大学生就业能力两个概念及其理论和实践研究的基础上,采用柯江林教授等人编制的本土心理资本量表和吕兆华编制的《大学生就业力自评量表》对大学应届毕业生的心理资本和就业能力的相关性进行了实证研究。首先,通过对国内关于心理资本和就业力成果的研究,完成了对大学生心理资本和就业力测量工具的选取和编制工作,其次,对选取的测量工具进行信度检验,确保其符合本研究的要求。第三,使用已确定的测量工具在各大高校大学应届毕业生中进行调查研究。最后,通过对调查获得的数据进行统计分析,分析大学生心理资本和就业能力的情况及其内在关系,得出结论:应届大学毕业生心理资本总体及各因子与就业力总体两两成正相关关系,表明大学生在心理资本总体及各因子上的得分越高,其在就业力总体上的得分就越高。 60383 毕业论文关键词 大学生 心理资本 就业能力
Title The Relationship Between Psychological Capital And University Graduates’Employability
Abstract With the impact of the financial crisis and enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the employment of university graduates across the country comes to the most serious challenge. Through researching in literature, data and experience, we find that to solve the problem of university students' employment difficulty, we should take to improve college students' employment ability as the basic method. Along with the rise of positive psychology, the concept of psychological capital is introduced from abroad and domestic psychological capital is mainly focused on domestic research areas such as management, sociology and economics, but fewer achievements obtained in the field of education, especially the psychological capital and the cross aspects of college students' employment ability. Does College students' psychological capital have a major impact on their employment ability? To improve university students' psychological capital to help college students improve employment? This article will speak around these question on the preliminary discussion. Based on college students' psychological capital and college students employment ability two concepts and the research on the basis of the theory and practice, we have selected professor Ke Jianglin et indigenous psychological capital scale and Lv Zhaohua establishment of the force since the rating scale of university students' employment psychological capital and employment ability of college graduates has carried on the empirical research of correlation. First, through the domestic research on psychological capital and labor force, completed on college students' psychological capital and labor force measurement tools selection and compilation work, secondly, the selection of measuring tool for reliability test, to make sure they comply with the requirements of this study. Third, we will use the established measuring tool in colleges and universities study in the university graduates. Finally, based on the statistical analysis of survey data obtained from the analysis of college students' psychological capital and employment ability and the correlation between them. We have drawn the conclusion: university graduates psychological capital total and each factor with the labor force total two twenty percent positive relationship, showing that college students on the psychological capital in general and each factor score is higher, the labor force,the higher score on the whole.
