摘  要游客满意度是衡量山地旅游发展的重要指标之一，掌握和控制游客满意度的影响因素对山地旅游发展和管理尤为关键。文章以泰山为研究区域，在通过问卷调查、实地考察获取数据的方法，运用SPSS21.0进行数据分析，以此构建了19个影响游客满意度的因子，并建立泰山旅游安全满意度评价。研究表明：泰山天气状况难以估摸、地理环境复杂等造就了自然环境的不稳定；游客安全意识薄弱、景区从业人员对安全知识不能完全掌握；山地旅游安全宣传力度不够等，使山地旅游安全的发展存在着危险性。并给予建议：建立应急救援体系——一休一医、加强旅游从业人员的安全意识培训和持证上岗制度、加强游客的旅游安全意识、游客量预警系统以及实名认证预警系统。69027

Mountain Travel Safety Impact on Tourist Satisfaction——case study of mountain TaiShan

Abstract

Tourist satisfaction is one of the most important indicators to measure the development of mountain tourism, it is particularly important to master and control the influence factors of the tourists' satisfaction on the development and management of mountain tourism. Taking TaiShan for the study area, through questionnaires, fieldwork data acquisition methods, using SPSS21.0 for data analysis, 19 factors influencing tourist satisfaction were constructed, and the establishment of Taishan tourism safety satisfaction evaluation. Studies have shown that: Taishan weather is difficult to gauge and complex geographical environment have resulted in the instability of the natural environment; tourist safety awareness is weak, the scenic area practitioners can not fully grasp the safety knowledge; mountain tourism safety publicity efforts are not enough, so that the development of mountain tourism safety is dangerous. And give recommendations: Establish an emergency rescue system  a rest stop to build a medical room; strengthen tourism practitioner security awareness training and licensing system; strengthen tourists' safety awareness and; tourists warning systems and real name authentication warning system.
