摘 要:主题公园作为新兴旅游产业的代表,随着国内外旅游业的迅速发展,也在不断地壮大。常州作为江苏经济较为发达的城市之一,主题公园产业发展势头较好,但也暴露出许多的问题。因此,在对常州主题公园发展现状进行研究的基础上,将环球恐龙城作为主要的研究对象,进行SWOT分析:常州的主题公园门票高消费贵、部分项目利用率低,与长三角地区和本地主题公园的竞争日趋激烈,但总体来说主题公园产业发展优势大于劣势,机遇高于挑战。对此,为常州主题公园的进一步发展提供相应对策:调整门票价格,提高门票政策的可行性;注重产业的优势互补,提高项目利用率;借鉴国外主题公园的成功经验,加强区域内的联动等等。 70650

Abstract:Theme park as a representative of the emerging tourism industry, with the rapid development of domestic tourism, but also continue to grow. As one of Changzhou, Jiangsu economically more developed cities, the theme park industry good momentum of development, but also exposed many problems. Therefore, based on the current situation in Changzhou theme park development study, based on the Universal Dinosaur Town as the main object of study, SWOT analysis: Changzhou high consumption of expensive theme park tickets, low utilization of part of the project, with the Yangtze River Delta region and local the increasingly fierce competition in the theme park, but, overall, the theme park industry development advantages outweigh the disadvantages, opportunities for higher challenges. In this regard, the further development of the theme park in Changzhou provide countermeasures: adjust ticket prices increase the viability of the ticket policies; focus on industry complementary advantages, improve project efficiency; learn from the successful experience of foreign theme parks, to strengthen the linkage within the region and so on.

1 引言
主题公园(theme park),是根据某个特定的主题,采用现代科学技术和多层次活动设置方式,是由人创造而成的舞台化的休闲娱乐空间,是一种休闲娱乐产业[2]。世界上最早的公园是荷兰的一对夫妇为了纪念儿子所建造的;之后,全球第一所迪士尼乐园于1955年7月在美国加利福尼亚安家落户,主题公园开始在美国流行,并逐渐风靡至全世界;1989年,深圳华侨城的建立开创了中国主题公园的先河,这以后主题公园开始在中国掀起热潮,到今天为止已发展20多年,创造了良好的经济社会效益[1,2]。
