摘 要：食品安全问题关乎广大群众的身心健康，水产品的质量安全问题也已经引起广泛关注。在水产品质量安全管理问题日益受到关注的背景下，本文对洪泽湖水产品在质量安全管理方面存在的诸如水产品质量安全管理意识淡薄、存在质量安全隐患、水产品苗种生产不规范、缺乏安全追溯系统等问题进行分析，提出加强对水产品质量安全管理的认知、消除质量安全隐患、规范水产品苗种生产、建设水产品安全追溯系统等可行的对策。71819

Abstract：Food safety issues related to the health of masses, the quality and safety of aquatic products has also caused widespread concern. In the context of the issues that the quality and safety management of aquatic products have been growing concern, the paper analysed on the problems existing in the quality and safety management of the aquatic products in Hongze Lake, such as the consciousness of that the quality and safety management of aquatic products is weak, there are hidden dangers of quality and safety, the produce of aquatic products seed is not standard, and lack of safety traceability system, and then, provide feasible countermeasures for  improving the consciousness of that the quality and safety management of aquatic products, eliminating the safety and quality hazards, enable the standardization of aquatic products seed production and establishing the safety traceability system.

1  引言

近年来，国内发生了瘦肉精、塑化剂、鸭血黑作坊和香精包子等食品安全事件，见表1，这些食品安全事件不仅造成了经济上的损失，还造成了人身健康的威胁，也给社会和谐发展带来了负面影响。
