摘要随着互联网和移动终端的快速发展,我国网民规模不断扩大,互联网开始渗透到日常生活的各个方面,开始推动传统行业的转型,为汽车服务行业线上与线下(O2O)合作奠定了基础。在这种趋势下,O2O模式已经成为众多传统行业转型升级的一个重要选择,这也是传统服务行业进入新的整合和快速发展的一个快车道。虽然汽车服务行业近几年开始互联网化,但是存在企业服务半径短、采购成本高等问题。针对以上问题,本文通过基本研究法,研究和梳理有关移动互联网、020、汽车服务行业方面的经典文献和著作,从汽车服务行业痛点入手,对基于移动终端的汽车服务类O2O模式组成及架构进行分析,总结归纳了模式的分类和优劣势。通过调研分析法,对车主消费者及线下汽车服务企业进行调研,深入分析目前汽车服务O2O模式发展遭遇的瓶颈,同时结合e保养案例为移动互联网下的汽车服务类O2O模式进一步发展提出可行性建议。72150
With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile terminal, the number of the Chinese cyber citizens is getting larger and larger。 The Internet began to penetrate into all aspects of our daily life and promoted the transition of traditional industries, which laid a foundation for the online and offline (O2O) cooperation of the automotive service industry。 In this trend, O2O model has become an important choice for the transition and upgrading of traditional industries and it is a short approach for traditional service industries to integrate themselves and make a rapid development。 There are still some problems such as a short service radius of the enterprises and high procurement costs although the automotive service industry has taken advantage of the Internet in recent years。 To solve above problems, this paper makes a summarization for the classification of O2O model and its strengths and weaknesses by reviewing some classic literature about the mobile Internet, O2O and the automotive service industry, finding out the key points of the automotive service industry and analyzing the structure and framework of O2O model of automobile service based on mobile terminal with the guidance of the basic research method。 Moreover, some feasible advice on the further development of O2O model of automobile service based on the mobile Internet is put forward by making an investigation into vehicle owners and offline automobile service enterprises, analyzing deeply the current bottleneck with which the development of O2O model of automobile service is faced, and taking ebaoyang as an example with the guidance of investigation and analysis method。
