摘要：工业旅游是一个新兴的旅游模式，目前张家港的工业企业以沙钢、永钢等钢铁业为主，工业旅游也只停留在简单的参观浏览，未得到企业领导的关注和重视。本文在实地调研和分析成功案例的基础上提出张家港发展工业旅游的不足：对工业旅游发展观念不重视、旅游服务专业化程度不足、旅游产品形式单一、营销策划缺乏创新并提出相应对策：提高对工业旅游的认识、增强工业旅游服务质量、丰富工业旅游产品形式、强化宣传营销四个方面，进而实现张家港工业旅游的进一步发展。80596

1 前言

随着旅游业迅速发展和旅游产业结构的调整，工业旅游逐渐成为新的经济增长点，在提高工业企业知名度、树立所在地城市形象、促进工业企业升级转型等方面都起到了良好的作用。能够开展工业旅游的企业有很多，面对行业的不同，企业各具其特点，本文仅以钢铁业为例，来探讨张家港的工业旅游。

2 工业旅游

2。1 工业旅游的概念及意义

工业旅游是指以工业企业自身良好的生产环境、工业建筑、独特的生产工艺流程和产品为主要吸引物，以扩展知识、增长阅历、商务调查等为目的而组织游客进行参观浏览的一种专项的旅游形式，从而实现企业自身目标的一种旅游活动。

关于开展工业旅游的意义，王宝恒进行了比较具体的说明，戴道平则从加强企业生气方面进行了诠释，但笔者认为开展工业旅游的意义主要有以下几点：一、有利于整合产业资源，升级旅游产业结构；二、有助于改善就业结构，促进社会和谐发展；三、促进工业企业与旅游产业良好的沟通、融合。
