摘要：进入21世纪以来，现代化社会发展的进程在不断加快，另一方面，社会当中的老年人家庭数量日益庞大，而在这两者并行的同时，不可避免所产生的矛盾和摩擦也在持续激增，在这种种矛盾中最突出的莫过于老年人家庭关系障碍的问题。从微观上来讲，不论是老年夫妻之间的矛盾、老年人与子女的，矛盾或是祖孙两辈的矛盾，都会给家人相处上带来麻烦，从宏观层面讲，每个家庭都是社会这个大家庭的一份子，而每个小家庭的矛盾无疑也会给社会带来压力。那么，有什么力量或者说是方案能够缓解这一问题？一方面能够使老年人摆脱在家庭关系中存在障碍的尴尬境地，尽量为老年人群体提供一个健康、幸福、安详的晚年生活。另一方面也能实现老年人自身价值，促进社会的和谐。转化成一种正面积极的能量，有效地服务社会。
