家电产品逆向物流管理研究
摘要随着家电产品消费量的猛增，家电产品逆向物流被越来越重视。环境治理、 资源循环利用，顾客价值提升、企业承担社会责任、法律法规约束是家电产品逆 向物流的驱动因素。理念上不重视，缺乏规范化管理、回收技术落后，回收网络 不健全、管理信息系统不完善是当前家电产品逆向物流的主要问题。国家应该加 大对家电产品逆向物流的干预力度，如广泛宣传，提高全社会回收废旧家电的意 识；增加资金投入，提升回收和处理技术，建立相关信息平台；建立激励机制， 提高企业的积极性；完善相关法律法规。企业更应该在提升回收和处理废旧家电 技术的的同时，建立完善的家电产品逆向物流网络系统。81806
Study on reverse logistics management of home appliance
Abstract With the surge in consumption of household electrical appliances,the reverse logistics of household electrical appliances has became more and more important。Environmental governance, resource recycling, customer value promotion, corporate social responsibility,legal and regulatory constraints are the driving factors of reverse logistics of home appliances。 Lack of attention to the concept and standardized management, poor recycling technology and poor recycling network , and not perfect management information system are the main problems of the current reverse logistics of home appliances。 The country should increase the intervention of the reverse logistics of home appliance products, such as extensive publicity, improving the awareness of the whole society to recycle waste appliances; Increase capital investment, improve recycling and processing technology,Establish relevant information platform; Establish incentive mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of enterprises; improve relevant laws and regulations。 Enterprises should improve the recycling and processing of waste electrical appliances ,at the same time, a sound system of home appliances reverse logistics network should be established。
