摘要二十一世纪,人才无疑是最重要的资源,在这样的的背景下,当然需要一个行业能够将这些人力资源集中起来,所以猎头企业应运而生。半个世纪以来,猎头企业早已在西方国家成为了一个成熟的企业,而在我国,猎头行业随着我国改革开放的深入,随着我国经济发展的步伐,也逐渐开始发展。经过10多年的发展,我国国内猎头企业取得了很大的成就,但是也暴露出许多的问题,所以猎头企业在我国仍然属于朝阳企业。本文以我国猎头行业经营发展现状为基础,通过结合我国经济背景以及与国外猎头企业的对比,分析研究我国猎头企业所面临的环境,企业存在的问题以及优势,还有它的发展前景及趋势,从而做出总结与判断,继而为我国猎头企业的发展提供相应的对策和建议,更有效地促进我国猎头企业的发展。83280
