摘要 以苯基三甲氧基硅烷、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷、含氢环体和双封头为主要原料制备了自交联结构的苯基有机硅树脂,并着重对其各项性能与双包装有机硅树脂进行了比较。通过UV-Vis光谱测试了其透光性能,通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了其固化过程,采用热重分析(TGA)研究了其热分解过程,采用动态力学分析(DMA)比较了其玻璃化转变温度,采用阿贝折射率仪测试了其折射率,通过万能力学试验机测试了其拉伸剪切强度。结果表明,自交联有机硅树脂和双包装有机硅树脂均具有较高的折射率,均大于1。54,但自交联有机硅树脂的固化吸热更小,吸热峰比较平缓。自交联树脂的分子结构和固化过程起到了控制网络结构作用,使自交联有机硅树脂具有较佳的透光性,400nm波长处的透光率最高可达108%,对降解过程、交联过程、不同固化度固化物的力学性能的研究结果表明双包装有机硅树脂具有更高的固化度,最高可达95。8%,交联网络更加致密,因而提高了耐热性和拉伸剪切强度。87908

Study on the preparation and properties of organosilicon
Abstract The phenyl silicone resin with self-crosslinking structure was prepared by using phenyltrimethoxysilane, diphenyldimethoxysilane, 1,3,5,7-cyclotetra(methyl siloxane) and bisvinyltetramethyldisiloxane as the main raw materials, and the properties were compared with the two-pack silicone resin。 The light transmission performance was measured by UV-Vis spectroscopy。 The refractive index was measured by the refractive index meter, and the tensile shear strength was measured by a universal mechanical testing machine。 The results show that the self - crosslinking silicone resin and the two-pack silicone resin all have higher refractive index than 1。54, but the self - crosslinking silicone resin has less heat absorption and less endothermic peak in the curing process。 The molecular structure and curing process of the self-crosslinking resin play a role in controlling the network structure, so that the self-crosslinking silicone resin has better light transmittance, and the light transmittance at the wavelength of 400nm can reach 108%。 The results of the study on the mechanical properties of the cured product, the crosslinking process and the curing properties of the cured products with different curing grades show that the two-pack silicone resin has a higher degree of crosslinking, up to 95。8%, and the crosslinking network is more compact, thus improving the heat resistance and tensile shear strength。
