摘要培养教师的教学实施能力一直是化学学科教育教学的重要任务，如何有效测评教师教学实施能力是促进教师教学实施能力发展的关键。针对目前我国对中学化学教师教学实施能力的测评还存在结构不合理、评分标准不够清晰、主观性较强、操作性欠缺等问题，本文旨在探讨如何有效测评中学化学教师的课堂教学实施能力。基于文献研究，通过视频分析法，运用教师课堂教学实施能力评价量表对60位教师的课堂教学实施能力进行评价，利用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。研究结果表明，测量的信、效度较高;不同教龄、不同学历、不同职称、不同性别化学教师的在各项教学实施能力数据上存在差异,教龄越大，学历越高，职称越高所对应教师教学实施能力分值也越高；而且男性教师教学实施能力一般高于女性；教龄、学历、职称、性别对中学化学教师各项教学实施能力差异的影响程度不同。88062
