摘要:无机膜具有耐高温、化学稳定性好、pH适用范围广、抗微生物能力强、分离效果好等特点,在工业含油废水的处理方面发挥关键作用。含油废水来源广,成分复杂,对环境污染危害大,不能随意排放,必须经过一系列处理达标后才能排放。本文采用氧化钛改性氧化铝微滤膜处理含油废水中的乳化油,主要考察料液温度、跨膜压差、膜面流速等操作条件对膜分离性能的影响。结果表明:保持料液浓度为1g/L、料液温度为40℃、膜面流速为1。24m/s的条件下,当跨膜压差为0。17MPa时乳化油的截留效果较好,稳定渗透通量最大为42。86L/(m2·h),并且最终的COD油截留率为79。63%,此时截留液COD为1305mg/L,渗透液COD为265。8mg/L。91660

Abstract: Inorganic membrane has the features of anti-high temperature, good chemical stability, pH wide range of applications, anti-microbial ability and good separating property etc。 It has played a key role in the industrial oily wastewater treatment。 Oily wastewater causing great harm to the environment has a complex composition and comes from a wide range of sources。 So it cannot be arbitrarily discharged, must go through a series of treatment until it meets to the standard of discharge。 This article uses titanium oxide modified alumina microfiltration membrane to treat emulsified oil in oily wastewater。 The effects of operating conditions such as liquid temperature, transmembrane pressure and cross flow velocity on membrane separation performance were investigated。 The results showed that the appropriate operating conditions
were found to be the following: T = 40 ℃, △P = 0。17MPa, and v = 1。24m/s。 The maximum
steady flux was 42。86 L/(m2·h)。 The COD value of permeate and retentate were 265。8 mg/L and 1305 mg/L, respectively。 And rejection was 79。63%98。72 %。
