1) 摘要：三宅一生是当今世界上销量最高的几个香水品牌之一，旗下一生 之水系列将东方的淡雅恬静与西方的自由奔放完美结合，使之在世界范围内受到 广泛的喜爱。本文以 city blossom for women 作为研究对象，研究其香水香精 的仿制技术，根据 city blossom 香水的 GC-MS 以及资料的分析，结合反复多次 对样品香水的嗅辨，确立了该香水的香韵组成与主香原料；同时在反复多次的香 水仿制实验中得到最优化的配方,其结果为：果香香韵（4% ~ 6%）；花香香韵（35%~ 37%）；清香及辛香香韵（1.5% ~ 3%）；海洋香及醛香香韵（42% ~ 43%）； 木香－麝香及动物香韵（13.5% ~ 14%）。最终根据感官测评实验得到一个与 city blossom 香水香气接近的香精。
