设计总说明:本设计的主要任务是根据该城市污水的水质、处理要求以及排污规模来完成污水处理厂方案的总体设计、总体布局、厂区管道布置、厂区道路及绿化设计;完成污水处理厂总平面及高程设计图。其中本次设计需要完成设计说明书一份、污水处理厂总平面图一张、污水处理工艺流程图一张和高程图一张,以及主要构筑物例如:泵房、SBR反应池、接触消毒池及污泥浓缩池的平面图、剖面图及部分大图样。35320
本次设计污水处理量为4.5万吨/天。本次设计污水处理厂的进水水质按如下考虑:CODcr:~210mg/L,BOD5:~110mg/L,SS:~200mg/L,NH3-N:~30mg/L,P=3mg/L。污水处理厂处理后的出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级B标准,出水水质为:CODcr:≤60mg/L,BOD5:≤20mg/L,SS:≤20mg/L,NH3-N:≤15mg/L,pH:6~9,P:≤1mg/L。
为了能够要达到脱氮除磷的要求,污水处理厂设计的污水处理流程为:污水由市政排水管网排出。流经中格栅以后,由污水提升泵房抽取,再通过泵后细格栅,进水到曝气沉砂池中。之后污水进入配水井中,并由配水井排入到具有脱氮除磷功能的5个SBR反应池中。处理后的污水,会进入接触消毒池。消毒池是能够消除水中绝大部分的细菌和微生物的。最后污水由排水管渠排出。污泥处理的流程则为:从SBR反应池排出的剩余污泥会被排入到集泥井之中。再通过集泥井向两个污泥浓缩池中排放污泥。经过连续重力污泥浓缩后,污泥进入污泥脱水机房进行脱水。脱水后的泥饼会被外运至垃圾填埋场进行填埋处理。
本次论文的设计原则为:(1)为了使员工的生生活起居能够方便,污水处理厂中处理区的位置应力求合理,而且应与生活区尽量分隔开来;(2)处理构筑物按工艺处理流程布置的同时,应该充分利用地形;(3)构筑物与构筑物之间的距离应当满足管道的铺设,还有能够满足检修时,人员和车辆的进入;(4)因为处理厂存在事故和检修,所以超越管线是工艺流程中必不可少的存在;(5)污泥处理区会产生臭,鼓风机房会产生噪音,应该合理布置它们的位置来尽量避免或减少对周围居民的影响。(6)在各个构筑物外侧设置安全通道,方便工作人员查看,满足物品运输和日常操作管理的需要。
