摘要本文通过理论计算,确定了水性醇酸树脂的配方。并通过实验改进配方,最终获得了合理的配方。通过实验制备出了成色较浅,水溶性好的水性醇酸树脂。探讨了反应温度、催化剂用量、单元酸等因素对酸值和制备水性醇酸树脂的影响,结果表明随着温度的升高和催化剂用量的增加,酸值下降速度加快。综合各因素,最佳反应温度为220℃,最佳催干剂用量占总质量的1.74%,选用亚麻油制备的水性醇酸树脂较蓖麻油制备的水性醇酸树脂颜色深,而且酸值下降较快。通过特性黏度测试,计算出水性醇酸树脂的分子量。通过红外分别对220℃和180℃的醇酸树脂进行了表征。将制备的树脂进行漆膜特性测试,发现水性醇酸树脂适合与其他树脂混合制备烘干漆。62986

Title    Preparation of waterborne alkyd resin     

Abstract Through theoretical calculations, the formula of water-based alkyd resin was determined. The formula of water-based alkyd resin was improved after experiments. Ultimately, a reasonable formula was found. Prepared by experiments color shallow, waterborne alkyd resin was produced. Effects of reacting temperature, amount of catalyst and kind of unit acid on acid value were studied as well as preparation of waterborne alkyd resin. Results show that the descent rate of acid value increases with the increment of temperature and of amount of catalyst. Comprehensive  considered: the best reacting temperature is 220 ℃; the best amount of catalyst is 1.74% of total mass; chose linseed oil as unit acid resource to prepare deeper color and faster descent rate of acid value alkyd resin while chose castor oil as unit acid resource will make the opposite effect. The molecular weight of the alkyd resin was calculated by intrinsic viscosity test. Alkyd resins ,which were prepared under 220℃ and 180℃,were characterized by IR respectively. Through prepared resin film characterization testing, it is found that waterborne alkyd resin is suitable for the preparation of drying paint mixed with other resins.
