摘要:本文采用高温固相法制备 LiBaLaZrYxWAlO 固体电解质。研究加 Y 量(0.00≤x≤0.14)、 压片压力(20~40MPa)对 LiBaLaZrYxWAlO 固体电解质的离子电导率、相对致密度、收缩 率等性能的影响,并使用 XRD,SEM 对 LiBaLaZrYxWAlO 固体电解质的晶形结构和显微 结构进行表征。结果表明:添加 Y 量为 0.10 时 ,固体电解质的离子电导率、相对致密度、 收缩率分别为 2.49×10-4 S·cm-1、90.80%、10.61%。压片压力为 35MPa 时,LiBaLaZrY0.1WAlO 固体电解质的离子电导率、相对致密度、收缩率分别为 2.59×10-4 S·cm-1、93.09 %、11.94 %。 XRD 结果显示 LiBaLaZrY0.1WAlO 固体电解质为立方相石榴石结构;SEM 结果显示 LiBaLaZrY0.1WAlO 固体电解质晶粒均匀且排布平整,晶界较小。本文创新点:研究掺 Y 量、压片压力对 LiBaLaZrYxWAlO 固体电解质性能的影响未见报道。66314

Research of LiBaLaZrYxWAlO electrolyte Abstract:LiBaLaZrYxWAlO solid electrolyte was prepared by high temperature solid phase method.The   effects   of   Y    content (0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.14) and tabletting pressure    (20~40MPa) on  the  properties   of  LiBaLaZrYxWAlO,  respectively, ionic conductivity, relative  density and contractibility rate were studied.X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) have been used to characterized crystal structure and microstructure.The result showed that when the Y content was 0.10, the ionic conductivity, relative density and shrinkage of the solid electrolyte were 2.49×10-4 S·cm-1, 90.80% and 10.61%, respectively.When the tabletting pressure was 35MPa, the ionic conductivity, relative density and shrinkage of LiBaLaZrY0.1WAlO solid electrolyte were 2.59×10-4S·cm-1, 93.09% and 11.94% respectively.XRD result showed that LiBaLaZrY0.1WAlO solid electrolytes was pure cubic phase garnet structure, SEM result showed that the grain size was uniform and the grain boundary was the smallest, and the performance was the best.The innovation of this paper:   the study of the amount of Y, the pressure on the LiBaLaZrYxWAlO solid electrolyte performance has not been reported.
