摘要:亚硝酸盐作为普遍用于生活中的抗氧化剂、防腐剂及食物发色剂。由于其过量使用会对人类身体健康和自然坏境造成危害,因此开发新型检测亚硝酸盐的方法是食品安全领域的研究热点。金纳米材料由于其光学特性对于在传感技术的应用越来越突出,本实验通过制备出金纳米棒-荧光染料-金纳米球复合纳米材料,利用其纳米材料的富集,同时对纳米材料修饰偶合试剂,在亚硝酸盐存在条件下,形成具备特定颜色的偶氮化合物。偶氮基─N=N─与两个烃基邻接后而形成的稳定化合物,通过氮氮双键连接作用产生卫星式结构纳米质料。然后采用比色法和荧光法对食品中亚硝酸盐的现场快速定性和定量分析,为亚硝酸检测提供一种新型的检测方法。69492

Perparation of Gold Nanorod-Fluorescent Dye-Gold Nnanospheres and Application in Nitrite Detection
Abstract: Nitrite is widely used as an antioxidant, preservative and food coloring agent. New method for the detection of nitrite is a hot topic in the field of food safety as its excessive use will be harmful to human health and environment. Because of its optical properties, the nano-materials have been widely used. In this experiment, gold nanorods - fluorescent dyes - gold nanospheres nanocomposites are prepared, and their nanomaterials are enriched. At the same time, The coupling agent is modified to form an azo compound having a characteristic color in the presence of nitrite. Azo-N = N - Stabilized compounds formed by the attachment of two hydrocarbyl groups, through the nitrogen and nitrogen double bond to the pain to reach the satellite structure of nano-materials. The rapid and qualitative analysis of nitrite in food by colorimetric method and fluorescence method was used to provide a new detection method for nitrite detection.
