摘要:目前,我国化工建设项目数量规模庞大,发展迅速。但是,化工项目极易构成重大危险源,易诱发环境污染事件。本文以江苏某产环氧促进剂、环氧固化剂化工项目为研究对象,开展环境风险评价研究。通过分析国内外研究现状,系统阐述了概念和方法;结合该化工项目特点,采用二级评价;利用多烟团烟羽模式分析无组织排放气体对大气环境的影响,和蒸汽云爆炸模型计算在极端情况下物质爆炸所造成的后果以及影响范围;依据事故树的结构重要度,针对性提出应急预案。69985

Study on the environmental risk assessment based on the construction of the chemical engineering
Abstract:At present,The chemical engineering projects in our country have a large amount and develop quickly.However, these projects easily constitute major hazards and induce environment pollution.This paper major talk about the production project of epoxy accelerator and curing agent in a Jiangsu plant and do research on the Environmental risk assessment .The concepts and means is systematically expounded by studying the background of the subject at home and abroad.Combining with the characteristics of the project ,then take the level of the second.Using the smoke group model to analyses the effect of the waste gas and vapor cloud explosion calculation model to analyses its scope and consequences of influence in extreme circumstances .In accordance with the structure importance of fault tree, put forward contingency plans .
