摘要本课题实验方法采用共沉淀-热解法,制备Sn-Fe-O固体催化剂样品。研究铁基催化剂掺杂活性组分和助剂后的脱硝活性的变化,并探究在制备催化剂阶段氧气对催化剂活性的影响,借助XED表征手段对催化剂样品进行表征分析。结果表明,活性组分和助剂掺杂的铁基催化剂最高可达99%,在250-425℃温度区间内脱硝活性稳定,保持在70%以上;掺杂的活性组分和助剂能细化催化剂晶粒,增强催化剂脱销活性,活性组分间的强相会作用有利于提高催化剂的脱硝活性,在制备催化剂过程中氧气的有无,对催化剂的脱硝活性的没有影响。77136
