摘要本课题采用真空电子束蒸发法,将PTFE粉末和固体石蜡粉末以不同质量配比混合研磨均匀后作为靶材,在硅片、石英玻璃、拉夫桑(即镀铝聚酯膜)基底上沉积制备PTFE/石蜡聚合物复合纳米薄膜。采用接触角测量仪、红外光谱(FT-IR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试仪器对在不同参数条件下制备得到的PTFE/石蜡聚合物复合纳米薄膜进行表征分析。研究不同工艺条件对薄膜成分、结构、形貌和性能的影响。通过测量接触角表征薄膜材料的疏水和疏油性能。实验结果表明,制备得到的PTFE/石蜡聚合物复合纳米薄膜具有明显的双疏性,优于用单一组分物质作为靶材制备得到的石蜡、PTFE聚合物纳米薄膜。77137

Title Preparation and Property Analysis of Amphiphobic Nano-films by Vapor Deposition from Active Gas Phase
Abstract Electron beam evaporation method was used to prepare PTFE/paraffin polymer composite nano-films with the target of a mixture of PTFE powder and paraffin powder。 The PTFE powder and paraffin powder were mixed at the mass ration differently。 These PTFE/paraffin polymer composite nano-films were deposited on silicon, quartz glass and aluminized polyester film。 The PTFE/paraffin polymer composite nano-films prepared under different parameters were characterized by contact angle measurement, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)。 We try to figure out the influence of conditions on film composition, structure,morphology and property。 Hydrophobic and oleophobic property were tested by contact angle。 The results shows that the prepared PTFE/paraffin polymer composite nano-films are all amphiphobic。 The prepared PTFE/paraffin polymer composite nano-films using the target of the mixture shows better amphiphobic properties than the ones using the target of only one matter。
