摘要随着科学技术的发展,人们对燃料的需求日益增多。铝基金属燃料是一种廉价,具有高能量密度特性的燃料,有望成为石油等燃料的替代品。本课题的主要研究内容为Ni-Al金属燃料的热响应,将不同质量的Ni:Al=1:1(摩尔比)的金属燃料压成药柱,然后将其点燃,使用非接触式远红外测温仪和接触式热电偶测温仪同时测试其燃烧温度、燃烧时间等燃烧性能。最后使用XRD对Ni-Al金属燃料燃烧前后的物质进行表征。通过分析反应过程中热传递的规律,建立出相应的模型,对反应的难易程度进行判断。结果表明Ni:Al=1:1(摩尔比)的自蔓延燃烧过程大致符合加热层点火理论,并且随着Ni-Al金属燃料质量的增大,药柱越不容易被点燃。77886

Title Study on the Thermal Response of the Aluminum-based Metal Fuel
Abstract With the development of science and technology,people have more and more demand for fuels。Aluminum-based metal fuel is very cheap, and it is a kind of high-energy-density fuel,it is expected to substitute oil and other fuels。This paper mainly studies the thermal response of Ni-Al metal fuel。By cold-pressing Ni:Al=1:1(mole ratio) metal fuel into medicine column, then to burn it,the experiment were observed and recorded in non-contact infrared thermometer and contact thermocouple thermometer by testing the combustion temperature, combustion time and other combustion performance。Finally,XRD was used to characterized Ni-Al metal fuel and combustion product。 Through the analysis of heat transfer during the reaction process,build the corresponding model, judge the difficulty of the reaction。 The result shows that the Ni:Al=1:1(mole ratio)self-propagating combustion ignition theory basically met the heating layer combustion ignition theory, the combust reaction become more difficult when the quality is higher。
