摘要本文主要采用细乳液聚合法和原位乳液聚合法制备树脂包覆颜料与CCA复合乳胶粒子,并研究颜料与CCA的配比、复合乳化剂用量、颜料分散方式等对复合粒子粒径及其分布和乳胶液稳定性的影响。实验通过透射电镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、激光粒度仪等对乳胶粒的组成、粒径及其分布,乳胶液的Zeta电位进行表征。其结果如下:78109

本课题成功制备出了稳定的苯丙树脂包覆的CCA与颜料复合乳胶粒子,粒子分散性良好,平均粒径符合要求。研究发现,随着乳化剂用量从0。125g增加到0。5g,复合粒子的平均粒径逐渐减小;随着CCA含量从0增加到0。2g,乳胶液的Zeta电位逐渐升高,乳胶液稳定性增强。与细乳液聚合相比,原位乳液聚合制得的粒子粒径偏大,随着乳化剂用量从0。125g增加到0。5g,复合粒子平均粒径逐渐减小,乳胶液的稳定性逐渐增强,在乳化剂用量高于0。25g时制备得到的乳胶液在放置一周后不出现大量沉淀,能保持较稳定状态。

Title   Preparation of resin-coated pigment and CCA composite latex particles                                             

Abstract  As the rapid development of office automation, laser printers and copiers are used frequently, so that the demand of color toner is rising each year, while its performance of display should be better。 The cohesion of composite latex particle , which can be prepared from the resin-coated pigment , CCA and wax, can obtain colored toner particles。 In this paper, latex particles are prepared  by mini-emulsion polymerization and situ- emulsion polymerization。 At the same time, the methods of dispersing pigment、the  dosage of pigment and CCA and composite emulsifiers, how to affect composite particle size and the distribution of size are researched。 Experiments  Samples are characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), infrared chromatography fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR), Zeta potential and particle sizer, etc。 The composition of the latex particles, Zeta potential and particle size distribution of latex were characterized。 The results are as follows: 

In this research , stable styrene-acrylic resin-coated latex composite particles were successfully prepared and composite particles had good dispersion 。 As the amount of emulsifier increased from 0。125g to 0。5g, the average particle size of the composite particles decreases; The Zeta potential increases with the increasing of the dosage of CCA which means the stability of emulsion gets better gradually。  Compared to  mini-emulsion polymerization, average particle size of composite latex particles prepared by situ-emulsion polymerization , were larger。As the amount of emulsifier increased from 0。125g to 0。5g, the average particle size of the composite particles decreases。 When the dosage of emulsifier is more than 0。25g,latex solution can maintain a stable state over a week 。 As the dosage of emulsifier increases from 0。125g to 0。5g,the stability of emulsion gets better。
