毕业设计说明书中文摘要【目的】用高效液相色谱测定土壤和田水中噁唑酰草胺的最终残留和动态消解。【方法】田水中的噁唑酰草胺及其代谢产物采用二氯甲烷萃取后浓缩,采用液相色谱—光电二极管阵列紫外检测器检测。土壤中的噁唑酰草胺及其代谢产物采用丙酮振荡提取,提取液经二氯甲烷反萃取后浓缩,采用液相色谱—光电二极管阵列紫外检测器检测。【结果】噁唑酰草胺在土壤中的消解半衰期为1。5~19。8d,田水中<1~2。6d。试验过程中土壤和田水样品中检出了代谢产物HPFMPA和6-CBO,但是浓度均维持在较低水平。【结论】本研究提出了快速高效分析噁唑酰草胺残留和消解的方法,为指导噁唑酰草胺在农业生产中的安全合理使用和减少环境污染提供了科学的依据。79332

Title Final residue and dissipation dynamics of metamifop in paddy water and soil by HPLC
Abstract 【Objective】 The final residues and dynamic degradation of metamifop in paddy water and soil was researched by HPLC。【Method】The paddy water was extracted by dichloromethane and then concentrated before HPLC detection; the soil was extracted by acetone and dichloromethane,then concentrated before HPLC detection; rice, rice husk and plants was extracted with acetonitrile in high speed ,purified by NH2-Cartridges solid phase extraction column and then concentrated before HPLC detection。【Results】 Half-life of Metamifop in soil was 1。5~19。8d,water in the field of "1~2。6d"。HPFMPA and 6-CBO which are metabolite were detected in soil and paddy water in laboratory tests ,but concentration stay at lower levels。【Conclusion】The research provides a fast and efficient analysis of residues and dynamic degradation of metamifop, and could de regarded as the guidance of safety and reasonable use of metamifop in agricultural production and provides the scientific basis for reducing the pollution to the environment。
