摘要光反应途径制备及分离6,6-二溴甲基-2,2-联吡啶-4,4-二甲酸二甲酯摘要: 以6,6’-二甲基-2,2’-联吡啶-4,4’-二甲酸为原料,先通过酯化反应得到酯,然后直接通过光反应与NBS反应得到产品6,6’-二溴甲基-2,2’-联吡啶-4,4’-二甲酸二甲酯, 在实验中要考察不同相转移催化剂,催化剂的用量,反应温度,反应时间,不同的强酸及其用量对反应的影响从而得到最优反应条件,收率30%。经核磁共振,液相色谱等对分子结构进行表征,验证了合成方法的可靠性。该结构作为很重要的配位化合物,它不仅是癌症检测试剂和化工合成的中间体,而且由于其具有独特的螯合作用与镧系元素结合会形成具有优异的光物理性能的发光配合物。81215

Preparation and Separation of 6,6'-Dibromomethyl -2,2'-Bipyridine-4,4'-Dimanedicarboxylate by Optical Reaction
Abstract: 6,6'-Dibromomethyl-2,2'-Bipyridine-4,4'-Dimanedicarboxylate was synthesized in two steps from 6,6'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid。 The first step was the preparation of 6,6'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylate by esterification. The second step was to react with NBS to prepare the target product by Optical Reaction。 In the experiment, the effects of different phase transfer catalysts, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, different strong acids and their dosage on the reaction were investigated to obtain the optimum reaction conditions。 30% yield was achieved.The products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR),Liquid Chromatography to prove the reliability of the synthetic method.This structure is a very important coordination compound, It can not only be used as intermediates of cancer detection reagent and chemical synthesis, but as a metal chelate ligand ,it can also be combined with lanthanides to form luminescent complexes with excellent photophysical properties。
