摘要四氯化钛是生产海绵钛和钛白的重要原料之一,其主要生产方式之 一是熔盐氯化法。由于熔盐氯化法工艺中镁的存在,熔盐的物理化学性 能恶化,导致生产效率降低。
本文采用 NaCl-MgCl2、NaCl-MgCl2-KCl 纯氯化物熔盐体系模拟熔 盐氯化法生产工艺中的主要熔盐成分,通过改变熔盐中的氯化镁和氯化 钾的含量研究其对氯化物熔盐物化性能的影响。实验中熔盐的密度通过 阿基米德法测定;熔盐的粘度采用旋转柱体法测定;熔盐的表面张力采 用拉环法测定;最后,测定不同组份时熔盐的熔点。实验结果表明:镁 会导致氯化物熔盐的密度、粘度、表面张力增大;氯化钾可以使熔盐的 物化性能得到改善;混合熔盐体系会形成共熔体导致熔点降低。83548
此外,本文通过热力学分析了脱除镁离子的固化工艺,并通过实验 验证了固化效果,结果表明:在 873-1173 K 温度条件下固化反应可以自 发进行且镁离子固化效果理想,并且不同固化剂所需选择的最佳反应温 度不同。

Abstract TiCl4 is one of the most important raw material for the production of titanium sponge and titanium dioxide, and its main mode of production is molten salt chlorination process。 Due to the presence of magnesium in the molten salt chlorination process, the physical and chemical properties of molten salt will be deteriorate,which may cause the productivity decrease。
The pure chloride fused salt system of NaCl-MgCl2 or NaCl-MgCl2- KCl simulates the main constituent of molten salt chlorination process, respectively, changing the content of magnesium chloride or potassium chloride in molten salt to obtain the physicochemical properties of molten chlorides。 Archimedes method was used to measure the density of molten salt。 The viscosity of molten salt was measured by rotating cylinder method。 The surface tension of molten salt was measured by ring-pulling method。 Finally, the melting point of molten salt with different component was measured。 The result of experiments shows that magnesium can increase the date of density, viscosity and surface tension of molten salt system can be improved by adding potassium chloride。 Mixed molten salt system will take shape form of eutectic mixtures decreasing its melting point。
In addition, this paper also analyses the feasibility of magnesium ion curing process to remove magnesium ion of molten salt in thermodynamics and the experiment verified the curing effect。 The results show that curing
reaction can be efficiently spontaneous during the temperature of 873-1173 K, and using different agents needs to choose the suitable temperature for reactions。
