摘 要中小学教师资格制度是中小学教师教育体系的非常重要的组成部分。当今社会对教育水平要求逐渐提高,中小学教师资格制度是成为合格教师的准入证,也是教师队伍质量的基石。但是我国现行的教师资格制度中还存在一定问题,而美国的教师资格制度起步早,发展快,已比较成熟,因此,本文对中美中小学教师资格制度进行了分析和评价,思考我国教师资格制度存在的问题,借鉴美国的优秀经验,为完善我国教师资格制度提供建议。90020
本文对中美两国中小学教师资格制度的历史发展进行了梳理,明确了各个发展阶段的基本情况,对比异同,并从教师资格考试、教师资格认定和教师资格证书等三个方面对中美两国中小学教师资格制度的现状进行分析比较,从而根据美国中小学教师资格制度的先进经验并结合我国教师资格制度的实际情况,提出了四点建议:1、加强教师资格制度的法制建设; 2、改进教师资格考试制度;3、提高教师资格认定标准;4、完善教师资格证书体系。
Teacher qualification system, including teacher qualification examination, certification system and certification scheme, is one of the most parts of teacher education system。 As the requirement of the education level improving, it’s not only that the teacher qualification system is the first challenge to the young adults, but also is a strong guarantee to promote the development of the teacher’s specialization, and improve the quality of teachers。 However, there’re some problems in teacher qualification system used in China。 Meanwhile, the one in the US is implemented much earlier and improves in rapid, as well as becomes more mature。 Thus, in this article, we compare the teacher qualification in China with that in US。 By analyzing and evaluating the two systems, we can discuss the problems we confront, and provide feasible advice to the system referring to the excellent experience in the US。
In this article, we sort the history of two systems, and figure out the situations in different stages of development。 We search the advanced experience of America and the real situation in China, from which we compare the two systems according to the teacher qualification examination, certification system and certification scheme。 Finally, we suggest four proposals:
1。 Strengthening the construction of legal system
2。 Improving the qualification examination
3。 Raising the standard of the teacher qualification
4。 Improving the certification scheme
