[摘要]：小学数学的教学不是机械化的逻辑简述，也不是数学概念的不断重复，数学也是很“疯狂”的。新课程改革下的数学课堂、数学理念、数学思想焕然一新，同时也要求教师转换陈旧的思想观念，小学数学教师不仅要有雄厚的数学专业素养，更需要语言素养来烘托。教学的目的不是简单的复制，而是不停地刷新，是教师运用语言使学生喜欢上数学，爱上数学。小学数学教师语言人文素养的发展在于创新，在于教师对学生学情的充分掌握，在于教师对学生的理解、尊重，达到课堂的和谐、民主、自由、创新。34127

（一）问题的提出
长久以来，小学数学教师更多的关注自身专业、学术素养的提升，从而忽视了小学生心里的发展，对于教学语言、日常交流语言、教育语言的人文性方面没有深入的分析与探索，阻碍了教师与学生的心灵沟通，也妨碍了数学教育改革的发展。
再者当前小学数学教师的语言人文素养已跟不上素质教育新形势的需要。小学数学教师应当转变观念，结合师资队伍建设，开展培训，组织丰富多彩的校园人文活动等途径，促进小学数学教师语言人文素养的尽快提高。小学数学教师本身也要转变观念，在开展素质教育的实践中, 不断提高自身语言人文性。
