    摘要随着社会的发展,有效课堂成为了一个热烈讨论的重要的话题。凡是能有效地促进学生发展、有效实现预期教学效果的教学方法活动,都可以称之为“有效教学”。而现实的情况是教学课堂效率低,气氛沉闷,学生处于被动接受状态。本文以任务型教学理论为指导探讨小学英语有效课堂的构建,并提出了一些构建小学英语有效课堂的策略,以充分调动小学生们的学习主动性、积极性,创造一个轻松的环境,从而促进学生的学习热情,提高小学英语课堂的教学效率。39230

    Abstract With the development of society, effective English class is becoming a heated and important topic to discuss in primary school. Those teaching methods which can effectively promote students’ development and achieve the expected teaching effect is called effective teaching. However, the reality is that most English classes are dull and teaching efficiency is low in most primary school. Students are in a passive state in English learning. This paper, based on the TBLT theory, is to discuss the construction of effective English class in primary school, and corresponding strategies had been put forward. The purpose is to arouse students’ learning initiative and motivation, create a relaxing environment so as to promote students’ enthusiasm and improve the efficiency of primary school English class teaching.

    Ⅰ. Introduction
    The English-teaching in primary school in China, starts by the missionaries from the western countries. It was only taught narrowly in church school in the trade harbors. The teachers mostly used Grammar Translation Method, cultivated the students’ English reading skills. English-teaching developed slowly in limited areas. From the late 19th century to the 20th century, the development of English teaching had experienced the rise and the fall of replacement. English Teaching Methodology, which emerged as an independent discipline, had played a prominent role in the domain of English teaching (Zuo 42). From the history of English language teaching in the last one hundred years, we can witness the development of teaching process. Teaching method included Community Language Learning, Competency-Based Teaching, Communicative Language Teaching, Task Based Language Teaching and so on.
        Centre for Curriculum Development (Zhuang 20) asks teachers to attract and organize students join in the discussion of class by creating teaching programs that close to students’ life. That’s to say, the teaching of English class must be related to moral education and arouse the interest of students; be related to communicate, students should be the master and teachers be the participants of the class. Only in a vivid situation can we promote and improve students’ interest in the largest degree. The essential conditions of effective English class included professional knowledge, humorous teaching words, good discipline and interesting activities. In this way, we can form a humorous relationship between teachers and students.
