摘要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中提出重点发展农村学前教育，同时还明确提出要坚持科学的保教方法，保障幼儿快乐健康成长。可见国家对农村教育的重视。但是农村幼儿园的保育工作依旧存在很大的问题，本研究就是针对淮阳C幼儿园保育工作存在的问题，提出了相应的解决对策。通过观察法和访谈法对淮阳C幼儿园保育工作进行现状分析，发现其存在的问题，如保育工作人员配备不齐；幼儿园保育工作基本物质条件不达标；保育工作具体内容不明确；幼儿的膳食营养摄入不足，并提出解决对策为配齐保育工作人员，确保保育工作的顺利实施；保育工作的基本物质条件应符合国家规定标准；明确幼儿园保育工作具体内容；制定健康合理的营养膳食。82173

Current Situation and Improvement Measures of Rural Kindergarten Conservation Work

——a case study of C kindergarten in Huaiyang

Abstract: Outline of National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Program put forward to focus on the development of rural preschool education。 At the same time, it is clear that the method of childcare and education should adhere to the scientific method。 To ensure that children can grow up healthy and happy。 One hand, the country’s emphasis on rural education is obvious。 On the other hand, the work of child care about rural kindergarten still exist lots of problems。 This study is aiming at the existing problem of Huaiyang C kindergarten’s child care work, and coming up with the relevant solution。 Through the analysis of the present situation of  the Huaiyang C kindergarten conservation work by observation and interview methods。 We can find it has many problems。 For example, the number of child-care worker is not enough。 The basic conditions of kindergarten conservation work are not up to standard。 Conservation work’s specific content is not clear。 Kindergarten children’s dietary is intake of nutritional deficiencies。 The corresponding countermeasures are put forward。: equipped with sufficient child-care worker, to ensure the conservation work can go on wheels; the basic conditions of kindergarten should conform to the requirements of the state standards; clear the basic conditions of kindergarten conservation work; establishing health reasonable nutrition diet。
