摘要：由于家长对孩子的娇惯和劳动教育的薄弱，不给幼儿锻炼自己的机会无形中抑制了孩子的自我服务能力的发展。小班阶段是幼儿生活自理能力和良好生活习惯初步养成的关键期。本人采用观察、访谈的方法，以周口市A幼儿园为例，针对小班幼儿的一日生活等进行观察，对小班幼儿自我服务能力的现状进行分析发现存在以下问题：盥洗能力较弱；进餐能力不强；如厕独立能力不强；午睡习惯不良；饮水习惯不良；穿脱衣能力较弱。本文根据以上问题将从教师、家长、家园合作三个方面针对幼儿自我服务能力的培养提出相应的策略，提高人们对幼儿自我服务能力的重视，为幼儿的健康成长奠定基础。82178

    A Study on the Problems and Strategies of Small-class Children's Self-service Ability

——S case study of A kindergarten in Zhoukou City

Abstract: Due to the children pampered by parents and weak labor education, give less chance to practise themselves, which virtually inhibit the development of children's self service ability。It is a critical period to initially develop children's self-care ability and good habits in small-class stage 。I took a kindergarten in Zhoukou City as an example, by observing small-class children's daily life and making an analysis on present situation of small children self service ability 。I found the following problems: self-washing ability is weak, eating ability is not strong, toilet independence is not strong, bad nap habits, bad drinking habits, wear strip ability is weak。 This article will put forward the corresponding strategy based on the aboved problems, which is for developing children's self service ability from the cooperation among teachers, parents, family three aspects 。To improve people's attention to the ability of children's self service, and make the foundation for the healthy growth of children。
