摘要:家长作为幼儿的第一任老师,家庭教育直接影响一个幼儿的成长。因此幼儿家长的家庭教育理念,就显得十分重要,本研究从家长的家庭教育理念、存在的问题和解决方法三个方面进行调查研究,试通过调查找出大班幼儿家长家庭教育理念现状。通过调查结果表明:(1)大班家长对家庭教育相比中小班家长而言要更为重视;(2)被调查家长在对幼儿的指导情况表现良好,态度积极;(3)家长的教育理念存在误区,主要表现为①对幼儿智力的认识不够全面,偏重于记忆能力的培养;②家长缺乏对幼儿独立性和劳动意识的培养;③忽视幼儿的品德教育;④ 家长的奖励方法过于物质,精神奖励较少。根据这些现象,文中提出了家长应当科学的进行智力开发;重视精神奖励;加强社会化教育等措施来提高家庭教育的水平。82367

Abstract: As the first teachers of children, parents family education directly affect a child's growth。 So parents to correctly identify the concept of family education, it is very important, this study from the parents' family education idea, the existing problems and solutions in three aspects of investigation and study, through investigation to find out of large parents concept of family education present situation。Through the survey results show that:1) of large parents compared to family education in a small class parents want more attention; (2) the parents surveyed for young children's guidance performance is good, positive attitude; (3) parents wrong idea of training, main show is (1) the children's intelligence development is one-sided think open intelligence development; (2) for children's education, spoil love too much, too little strict requirements; (3) most of incentive measures is given priority to with material reward, less spiritual reward; (4) hard to instill too much, too little inspire revulsive; More than 5 mental work, less manual labor。 According to these phenomena, this paper puts forward the parents should abandon the competition state of mind; Attaches great importance to the spiritual reward; Social education should be strengthened in the course of; To improve the level of family education。
