摘要:攻击性行为是在幼儿园中最常见的一种不良行为,攻击性行为不但会对他人和集体造成伤害,而且还会使幼儿得到较多的负面情绪,不利于身心健康发展。大班是幼儿承上启下的阶段,所以本研究选取大班攻击性行为为研究方向,以市某幼儿园为例,采取文献法、调查法和观察法对大班幼儿攻击性行为的现状进行研究,发现其存在的问题,如存在明显的性别差异;攻击性行为主要场景是同伴冲突;攻击性行为以工具性攻击为主要形式;教师是主要的攻击性行为终止者。并针对问题提出相应的解决对策,如满足不同性别幼儿基本需求;正确引导幼儿进行同伴交往;提高幼儿语言表达能力;增强幼儿的社会交往能力。以期对大班幼儿攻击性行为的改善提供一些有益参考。82571

The Top Class of Kindergarten Aggressive Behavior Pesearch
——Take a Kindergarten in City as an Example
Abstract: Aggressive behavior is a kind of bad behavior most common in kindergarten, which will not only cause harm to others and the collective, but also make children get more negative mentally and physically。 This study selected aggressive behavior in top class as the research direction, took a kindergarten in the city of as an example, and studied aggressive behavior by questionnaire and observation to find out the existing problems, such as the gender discrimination。 Aggressive behavior has several major features: the conflict between partners is the major scene, instrumental attack is the main form and the teacher is always the termination。 The corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem, such as to meet the basic needs of children of different gender, correctly guide children to communicate, improve their language ability, enhance children's social exchange ability ,too。 Hope that through this study we can provide some reference for improving the class aggressive behavior。
