摘要：教师组织一场好的亲子活动能够实现家园共育、培养良好的亲子关系。因此本文以市某幼儿园为调查对象通过访谈、观察、案例分析的方法进行调查，通过调查发现亲子活动中存在的问题，并解决问题。通过调查得知，幼儿园教师在组织亲子活动时会经常出现以下一些问题：目标不明确；内容不合理；指导方式不当；幼儿园管理者不够重视；形式简单陈旧。笔者根据这些问题的原因提出以下指导策略：加强培训，提高教师对目标的认识；制定合理的亲子活动内容；教师进行科学的指导；幼儿园管理者提高对亲子活动的重视度；加大亲子教具的投放。82570

Common Problems and the Instruction Strategy Teachers Organize Parent-child Activities

——taking the one kindergarten in as an example

Abstract : Organize a parenting activity by a early childhood education teacher are good for home education and developing better parenthood 。So the author investigated the kindergarten in 。To make the result more scientific ,the author interviewed ,observed,and analyzed some cases ,through the survey found the problems existing in the parent-child activities and solve problems。The survey showed that there were some problems on parenting activities as follows 。Ambiguous objectives ,irrational activities ,improper instruction modes ,supervisors who ignore the necessity of the activities and monotonous forms 。The author came up with some strategies to solve these problems 。They are as follows 。Step up teacher training to let them better understand the activities goals ,the teachers are supposed to instruct scientifically ,formul ate proper content the supervisors should pay more attention to the activities ,and equip kindergarten with more teaching aids 。

教师组织亲子活动的常见问题及对策

——以市某幼儿园为例

   教师对教育活动的组织直接决定着活动开展的过程和结果，亲子活动在幼儿园的开展中经常会出现一些常见的问题，影响活动的效果，这与教师在组织时遇到的问题有一定的关系。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出“幼儿园教育活动应该是有目的、有计划引导幼儿生动、活泼、主动参与活动的。” 运用形式多样的教育过程,组织活动的时候根据不同的教育内容充分利用周围的环境条件，让幼儿充分发挥感官的作用，灵活地运用集体或者是个别的活动形式，给幼儿充足的活动机会，着重注意活动的过程，促进每一个幼儿在不同水平上得到发展。这也是教师在组织亲子活动时的重要依据。论文网
