摘要:在整个幼儿园教育中,最主要的构成部分是师幼互动,它深深地影响了教师和幼儿方方面面的成长。本研究以市J幼儿园大班为研究对象,采用调查法、观察法和文献研究法对市J幼儿园大班师幼互动的现状进行了研究。发现其存在的问题,如互动主体主要是幼儿教师;幼儿教师权威性过强;幼儿的平等话语权被忽视,并针对问题提出改善的建议,如重视师幼互动的平等性,丰富各种形式的活动模式;幼儿教师应树立正确的教育观念,提高自身的专业素质;尊重幼儿主体地位,保护和尊重幼儿的平等话语权。以期对师幼互动现状的改善提供一定的参考和借鉴。 82573

Study on the Current Situation of Teacher-Child Interaction in the Top Class of J Kindergarten in City
Abstract:Teacher-child interaction is the main component in the process of the kindergarten education, it deeply influence every aspect of the teachers’ and students’ growth。 The study takes the top class of J kindergarten in City as the research object, and it researches the current situation of teacher-child interaction in the top class of J kindergarten in City by using investigation method, observation method and literature research method。 Some problems have been found, namely, interactive subject mainly is kindergarten teacher, kindergarten teachers' authority is too strong and the children's equal right to speak is neglected。 On the basic of analyzing these problems, there are some suggestions 。First, pay attention to the equality of teacher-child interaction, rich in a various forms of activity patterns。 Second, kindergarten teachers should establish a correct concept of education, and improve the personal professional quality。 Third, an respect children's subject position, protect and respect children's equal right to speak。 In order to provide some reference and reference for the improvement of the current situation of teacher child interaction。to provide some reference for solving this problem。
