摘要:幼儿期是人生的起步阶段,良好的进餐行为习惯是保证幼儿健康成长的关键,帮助幼儿养成良好的进餐习惯对其一生都有重要意义。相关研究表明,许多幼儿存在不良的进餐习惯,如何使家庭和幼儿园合力规范幼儿的进餐行为成为许多研究者关注的焦点。本研究采用简单随机抽样的方法抽取周口市100名小班幼儿为研究对象,采用结构式问卷法,向幼儿家长发放问卷调查幼儿在家进餐的行为表现,通过深入幼儿园观察,调查幼儿在园时的进餐表现。发现幼儿在家园进餐时行为表现的差异,幼儿园和家庭教养观念教养方法的差异。并针对问题提出相应的解决对策,如明确家园进餐规则;协调家园教养方式和教养观念;帮助家长采取合理有效的干预策略等。通过本研究探寻家园之间合力规范幼儿进餐行为的方法。希望对培养小班幼儿良好进餐行为具有一定的现实意义。82644

Comparative study on children's home eating behavior in small classes– a case of 100 children in zhoukou city

Abstract:children's eating behavior; dietary behaviors; home collaboration; Early childhood is the initial stage of life and good eating habits are the key to ensuring the healthy growth of children, help children develop good eating habits is important for their lives。 Research shows that many young children have unhealthy eating habits, how to make the family and kindergarten work together to regulate children's eating behavior become the focus of many researchers。 This study uses a simple random sampling method, zhoukou city, 100 children in small classes for the study, using the questionnaire method, issuing questionnaires to parents early childhood eating behaviors at home, through kindergarten observation, investigation supervised meals in the Park。 Found that children in homes where differences in behavior, kindergarten and ideas about parenting methods parenting differences。 And make any appropriate countermeasures, such as clear rules home meals; coordination of home upbringing and educational idea; for parents who want to take reasonable and effective intervention strategies。 Through this study explores way work together to regulate children's eating behavior between homes。 Wishes to develop significant children's good eating behavior in small classes。
