摘要：游戏是幼儿的基本活动，而角色游戏又是幼儿最喜欢的游戏之一，对幼儿各方面的发展具有重要的价值。角色游戏虽然是幼儿自主性较高的活动，但还是需要有教师恰当的指导才能使角色游戏更好的发挥其作用。所以，本研究以市A幼儿园为例，采用文献法、观察法、访谈法，以实践研究结合理论分析，对大班幼儿角色游戏中教师指导的现状进行研究和分析，发现该幼儿园在这方面还存在指导身份主要是教育者身份、语言指导方式使用不恰当等问题，并针对存在的问题提出了建议。希望能够为幼儿教师在角色游戏过程中进行有效的指导提供帮助。82643

The Situation of Teachers’ Guidance in the Role Play of Children in Top Class

--Use the A Kindergarten as a Case

 Abstract:Games are children’s basic activity, while role play is one of children’s favorite games。Role play has important values to children’s  overall development。Though the role play is an autonomy game,it needs teachers’ proper  guidance to make the role play work well。 The research uses kindergarten A in as a case。 literature method,observation method and interview are adopted in this thesis, then combine the practice with theory to study and analyze the situation of teachers’ guidance in the role play of top class。Some problems are found in this kindergarten,for example,identity of guidance is mainly the educator ,the means of language guidance is used improperly,and so on。 Suggestions are put forward aimed at existing problems。 I hope that these suggestions can provide effective guidance and help for teachers in the role play。
