摘要信用卡业务是我国商业银行的主要业务之一，近年来发展状态良好，信贷规模和使用率 持续上升，并逐渐成为银行重要的利润增长点。但信用卡业务的风险暴露越来越引起人们的 注意，存在着信用风险、欺诈风险、操作风险等，信用卡风险管理方面存在一些不足。因此 必须从多个方面加强风险控制，加快建立健全个人征信系统、提高从业人员职业道德和个人 修养、出台相关法律法规等，以促进我国商业银行信用卡业务的健康发展。88104

Abstract In China，Credit card business is one of the main business of commercial banks。 In recent years, the development of credit card business is in good condition, and the credit scale and utilization rate are rising continuously。 However, more and more attention has been attracted to  the risk exposure of the credit card。 There are some problems, such as credit risk, fraud risk, operational risk, and so on。 Great importance is attached to the reinforcement of the risk control。 And many methods can be applied to achieve that goal。 Such as speeding up the establishment of a robust personal credit system, improving the personnel occupation morality and personal

accomplishment，what is more, introducing the relevant laws and regulations。 In this way the

healthy development of China's commercial bank credit card business can be promoted steadily。

信用卡的诞生于 20 世纪 50 年代的美国，之后在美国、加拿大和英法等欧美发达国家中 快速发展。1978 年改革开放以后，中国建立社会主义市场经济制度，外资银行以及资本带 着信用卡理念来到中国，作为新型的消费方式，信用卡在短期内从无到有，得到了长足发展， 是中国个人金融服务市场中成长最快的产品线之一。
