摘要随着信息化脚步的逐渐加快,互联网金融的直销银行模式受到了业界内外广泛关注。国内金融机构试水直销银行模式的意愿也日益强烈。本文对金融市场中直销银行的概况进行了总结分析。作为线上金融新兴平台，直销银行具有运营成本低、存款利率高等优点，已经成为各商业银行竞相发展的重要领域。本文从国内民生直销银行入手，分析民生直销银行的发展现状以及存在的问题，通过与国外直销银行的发展策略进行对比分析，最后从多个层面提出具有针对性的建议，展望未来的发展方向，希望能使直销银行这一新兴领域能够更好的发展。 88468

Abstract With the gradual increasing informatization pace, the direct banking mode of internet finance is widely concerned by both inside and outside of the industry。 The willing of the testing direct banking mode of domestic financial institution is gradually stronger and stronger。 This paper conduct the summary and analysis of the situation of the direct banking in the financial market。 As the newly developing online financial platform, the direct bank has the advantages that low operating costs, high deposit rates etc and has become the important field where every commercial bank competes to develop。 This paper starts from the domestic direct bank of people’s livelihood, analyzes the situation and the existing problems of the direct bank of people’s livelihood, through conducting the analysis of the developmental strategies of direct bank abroad。 At last, from the multiple levels, proposing the targeted opinions, visiting the future developmental direction, the newly developing field of direct bank is hoped to have better development。
