摘 要 在全球性竞争日趋激烈、资源环境束缚日渐紧迫的形势下,城市对可持续发展的追求,必然要大力发展附加值高、环境友好、成效显著的创意经济。宁波市作为中国文具之都,有着基础深厚的文化制造产业背景,同时文化创意氛围浓厚。近年来,宁波市鼓励文化领域技术创新和生产方式创新,大力发展文化创意产业,不断扩大产业规模,行业发展总体平稳。但我国文化用品企业多数仍在走OEM道路。广博集团作为宁波众多文具制造企业中的龙头企业,率先完成了从OEM到ODM的转型。本文以广博集团为例,从其发展历程出发,结合我国文化创意产业发展环境,对广博集团发展经验进行探析并总结。引导传统文具制造企业向文化创意发展模式转变,甚至是向OBM方向发展,以促使文化创意产业更好地发展。90421
Abstract Cultural creative industry is one of the current directions of world's industrial upgrading 。 Ningbo , as the Chinese Stationery Capital , has a deep background of cultural industry, at the same time , is full of creativity。 In recent years, the cultural creative industry in Ningbo has developed quickly and has an obvious effect on local economy。However , the majority of stationery enterprises in our nation are still on the way of OEM。 Guangbo , as the leading enterprise among numerous cultural creative enterprises in Ningbo, has taken the lead to transfer from OEM to ODM。 This dissertation takes Guangbo as an example, from its development process, according to the national environment of cultural creative industry to analyze and conclude the experience of Guangbo , which can reach the purposes to lead stationery enterprises to transfer to culture-creative mode, to upgrade, and even to develop towards the direction of OBM that can be a driving force for better development of cultural creative industry。
