摘要随着世界经济的发展和贸易自由化程度的不断扩大，关税贸易壁垒逐渐削弱，技术贸易壁垒作为非关税贸易壁垒中最隐蔽的一种，对中国产品出口产生了较大的阻碍。

近年来，机电产品出口迅猛发展，成为中国出口的第一大产品。宁波作为重要的港口城市之一，机电产品的出口日益扩大。而近来日益严苛的技术贸易壁垒在一定程度上阻碍了宁波机电产品的出口。61313

本文首先通过近年来宁波机电产品出口数据和主要出口国的基本状况，分析宁波机电产品出口现状及存在的问题。随后探究技术贸易壁垒对宁波机电产品出口的影响，主要为价格控制机制和数量控制机制。之后通过实证分析，研究机电产品出口的影响因素。最后，针对技术贸易壁垒下宁波机电产品所暴露的问题提出相对应的解决措施。

Abstract: With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization continues to improve, the Tariff Trade Barrier was weaken, the Technical Barriers to Trade as the most hidden one of the no-tariff trade barrier make huge block to the export of Chinese products.

Recently, mechanical and electrical products have become the largest export goods of China .And Ningbo is one of impotent port city, mechanical and electrical enterprises have played an irreplaceable role. However, the more strict Technical Barriers to Trade hinder the export of Ningbo mechanical and electrical products in some ways.

This paper will collect the recent date and the situations of the main importing countries to analysis the present situation and problems of Ningbo mechanical and electrical products. Then the paper will analysis the impact of Technical Barriers to Trade, mostly using the control of amount 、the control of price. After using the empirical analysis to confirm the impact factors of the export of electromechanical products Finally, it will give some countermeasures..
